Nace en Madrid en 1983. En 2006 concluye sus estudios de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Durante la carrera realiza un intercambio con una beca Erasmus en la Universidad de Cambridge (Reino Unido) y obtiene una beca de la Comunidad de Madrid por aprovechamiento académico extraordinario.
Durante su último año de carrera realiza prácticas a media jornada en el departamento de Derecho del Transporte de Uría Menéndez Abogados. Al concluir los estudios universitarios empieza a trabajar como abogado en el departamento de Derecho Mercantil de Uría Menéndez Abogados, centrando su actividad en fusiones y adquisiciones y ofertas públicas de adquisición. Asimismo, colabora en la asesoría a empresas cotizadas españolas en materia de buen gobierno y de derecho societario y participa en varios litigios y arbitrajes.
En 2008 obtiene una beca de la Fundación Rafael del Pino para realizar en el curso 2009-2010 un Máster de Derecho (LLM) en London School of Economics, especializado en Arbitraje y Litigación Mercantil Internacional. Habla inglés y francés.
