María Gádor Manzano Guillén

She has degrees in both Law and Journalism from the University Autonoma de Madrid and University Complutense de Madrid. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a year at the University of Central England (Birmingham, UK) as part of the Erasmus Program. Later, with a scholarship from La Caixa, she pursued an MA in International Relations and International Communications with a concentration in Latin American Studies at Boston University (US). She has worked for the Prisa Group in Spain, CNBC in the UK and, from 2002 to 2007, at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC. She is a 2008 LL.M. candidate at Georgetown University with the studies funded by a Rafael del Pino Foundation scholarship.
