José Alberto Nistal Hernansaiz

Born in Madrid in 1977. Mr. Nistal worked for the private equity fund BT Equity Partners-Gala Capital in Madrid. Prior to pursuing his masters degree, Mr. Nistal worked for Merrill Lynch as an analyst in the capital markets division in several locations, including London and Madrid. Previously, he founded a marketing consultancy firm, and worked as teacher assistant at his Alma Mater’s finance department. Mr. Nistal, a Spanish citizen, holds a Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE, and an MBA with dual major in finance and entrepreneurial management from the “The Wharton School”, University of Pennsylvania. He also studied International Finance at ESC Bordeaux as an exchange student. Mr. Nistal speaks Spanish, English, and French.
