Diana González Blanco

Born in Vigo in 1977. She earned a BA in Business Administration with honors from the University of Wales. She began her professional career as Processes Coordinator at Comunitel Global S.A. In 2000, she was promoted and placed in charge of Customer Service and Loyalty for the company. While in this position, she oversaw the implementation of a Call Center, and she successfully defined the first Customer Loyalty policy. In 2001, she earned a Master in e-Business degree from La Salle Business School. In 2002, she was appointed Associate Chief Marketing Officer, a position she held until she moves to New York in 2005. At that time, she joined the ZARA USA team as Store Manager for the 5th Avenue store. In August 2006, after being awarded a scholarship from the Fundacion Rafael del Pino, she begins her MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business, New York University. She speaks Spanish, Galician, English and French.
