Born in Madrid in 1983. In 2006 he graduates in Law and Political Science at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. During his studies he is granted an Erasmus scholarship to pursue a year as exchange student at the University of Cambridge (UK) and he receives a scholarship granted by the regional government of Madrid for extraordinary academic performance.
During his last year of college he works on a part-time basis at the Transportation Law department of the law firm Uría Menéndez Abogados. After obtaining his B.A. he starts working as a lawyer at the Commercial Law department of Uría Menéndez Abogados, specialised in mergers and acquisitions and takeover bids. Together with this, he works as corporate governance and company law counsel for Spanish listed companies and he participates in various judicial and arbitration proceedings.
In 2008 the Rafael del Pino Foundation grants him a scholarship to pursue an LLM specialised in International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration at London School of Economics, during the academic year 2009-2010. He is fluent in English and French.
